What to tell us before their first groom

A great first groom starts with a little info. Here’s what to tell us before your pet’s first visit to Bubbles.

Their grooming history

When was their last groom, and what was done? If you’ve got a photo of a finish you liked, bring it. It’s the quickest way to show us what you mean.

How they feel about baths

Some pets love the water, some put up with it, some would rather not. Tell us honestly, and tell us what helps, like a lick mat or a quiet room.

Sensitive spots

Feet, ears, tails, tummies. If there’s anywhere they don’t like being touched, tell us, so we go gently there or leave it alone.

Skin and product notes

Any itchy patches, allergies or shampoos that didn’t suit them? Let us know before the bath, not after.

The finish you’d like

Short and easy, fluffy and full, or just a tidy. If you’re not sure, we’ll suggest something that suits their coat and your routine.

Your next conversation

Tell us about their coat, their last groom and the finish you have in mind, or call us on (202) 555-0114. We’ll plan their visit with you.
