From hello to fluffy.
Get in touch
Call or send a request with their coat, their last groom and the finish you have in mind.
Pop in for a hello
New pets can visit first, with no groom at all, to sniff the tub and meet us.
Drop-off
Arrive at the agreed time. We do a quick coat check together and agree the finish.
The groom
Bath, dry, brush and finish, at their pace. We call if anything comes up.
Pickup
We ring you when they’re ready and tell you how it went.
